Equipment Reservations

ETS lends the following equipment:

We recommend reserving equipment ahead of time whenever possible. Portable equipment can be picked up or returned to Dwinelle 44 (map/directions) between 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday-Friday. ETS will deliver equipment for a nominal charge.

Summer hours: starting Friday, May 23 we will be open from 7:30am to 5:30pm

Installed Equipment

Our Room Info database provides information on the campus' general assignment classrooms that have installed equipment. Please note: Many rooms have equipment stored in closets or cabinets that require keys. Check for the "" symbol in the Room Info database.

A growing number of classrooms are equipped with a black box on the wall containing a VCR, DVD, cables, remote controls and computer inputs. There is a control panel to adjust the volume and switch sources on the ceiling-mounted video/data projector. The classroom database indicates which rooms include a black box and also provides technical information on how to operate and troubleshoot the installed equipment.
